Vision
21
o
There
was a PRIDE Assembly on Dec. 20th, followed by the annual afternoon dodgeball
tournament. Students and staff thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
o
Recently
Mr. Derting and Mr. Hanson worked on a “licensed to ill” unit which combined
math and social dynamics of the Healthcare Act.
o
Calculus
students will be working on the “bottle project” this month.
o
Science
students have working with chemicals as they learn about photosynthesis, and
the greenhouse effect in Biology.
o
English
students have been learning how to look up research effectively, and are
starting to use the writing prompts that will be very similar to what students
will be exposed to in the SBAC test.
