The JH and HS students had the first PRIDE assembly right before Thanksgiving break to recognize students who have been meeting the expectations of Bulldog Pride. We plan to hold our second assembly right before winter break. This has been a great opportunity to recognize students for all of the great things they are doing in our school. When students receive a PRIDE ticket from a staff member in the building they can turn it in to a drawing for to be selected to participate in Minute-to-win-it style games, or a drawing for a gift card. We appreciate the generosity from local businesses to help support the acknowledgement program.

o JH/HS Choir in UI Holiday Concert on Dec. 9th
o JH/HS Winter Concert on Dec. 14th
o IDFY Movie Night on Dec. 16th
o Spanish Club Meeting on Dec. 20th
o 8th grade Drama will present their play on Jan. 18 and 19
o BPA and FFA Regional Contests on Jan. 20th
· Athletics
o GB and BB are both in full swing
o JH Bball will begin in mid February
· Vision 21
o Bulldog Pride Posters are being made, and we’re making a couple of t-shirts as samples to see what we want to do with t-shirts for staff and students
o Dodgeball with color groups will be on Dec. 20 after PRIDE assembly
o Color Groups will start on developing skits using the PRIDE behavior expectations after winter break
