Year
in review 95% pass rate in 17-18 which includes the increase in passing from
60% to 63%.

The
C or better rate was 83.5% for the 17-18 school year which is 2.5% higher than
16-17 year.

GHS Open House will be August 28 from 6:30-8pm
o
School picture day is September 6th
o
Latah County Fair is September 12-16 PD day(no school) on 13th and no
school on 9/14

Athletics
o
Fall sports have begun.
o
18 out for FB first game Aug 24th at
Kendrick.
o
20+ girls out for VB, Aug 23rd is
first match against Lapwai. JV and V both have tournaments on August 25th
Genesee and Lewiston respectively.
o
There are 7 students out for cheer.
o
JH FB starts August 20th, and JHVB
starts September 19.

Vision 21
The first day of school will involve a team building activity with the
color groups, and the teachers will BBQ lunch for students. Students will get
to go to each class for a few minutes in the afternoon

Rec.
District Update
o
Potable water line is being installed by Roach
construction.
o
Sewer lines will be installed this fall.
o
Baseball field has been marked out and dugout
construction will begin in Sept.
o
Fields will be plugged and grass seed broadcast
in area outside of fences this fall.
