District update
We’ve had to reschedule many games because of the wet spring,
but it has given time for the new sod infield at the baseball field a chance to
take root.
Many of the other items at the softball fields are getting
completed, including sod between the fields and by the parking lot sides as
well, which also included some sprinkler work too. Conduit has been run between
fields for scoreboards, we’re just waiting for the inspector to approve the
plans so we can set scoreboard beams.
We moved and cleaned up a bunch of items over clean up day,
and the bleachers are all being used now for our fields. The scrap metal will
be taken in for scrap.
Foul poles at both softball fields will be set this week. We
are also installing a new back stop net at the baseball field.
